Mastering Anxiousness

Living a life where you have multiple hats to wear, different tasks that must be completed and a variety of things that require your consistent attention you are bound to get a bit flustered. In my world I am ALWAYS doing something. Ministering to someone, mentoring someone, creating a business, enhancing one of my companies, maintaining my companies, meeting new people, event planning, going to events, studying, meditating, resting, family time, Sasha time, meetings, talking with my business partners, having church, cleaning my homes, cooking, shopping, babysitting,... like I said there is always something that I am doing. God has blessed me with so much and I want to make sure that I am always on top of the various responsibilities that he has given me. In my pursuit to be the bomb.com and giving 100% in everything I would get so frustrated at the lack of time that I felt like I had. I kept want to do my best but there wasn't enough time to finish my super long list of things to do. I needed to master this.

One thing I had to do was to STOP!

Stop worrying, stop attempting to be perfect, stop being anxious, stop all the drama going on in my mind. One way I've learned to do this is by reconnecting to my Source. Reconnecting with God and clearing my mind. I would put my world (and my to-do list on hold) and go talk with my Daddy. I would pour my heart to the Father and sit and listen to him restore my spirit. One of my favorite ways to do this is to worship and to write. And sometimes writing takes more energy than I am willing to exert so I just speak. :)

Today let my words speak to you. Allow God to show you how to overcome restlessness, anxiety, not feeling accomplished and being overworked. Let me help you simplify it...
One, STOP! Pause life, its not that serious...take a moment and just stop! Two, Analyze what you are feeling and why you feel that way. Our people perish for a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6) if you don’t know what you are doing and why you are doing it, what you don’t know will destroy you. Three, Refresh. Simply refresh your mind. Clear it. Anxiousness comes from a build up...when you clear the build up by addressing it and releasing it you can move forward restored. Life is so much simpler than we make it, just breathe! Remember everything that is for you is FOR YOU… it knows how to find you and it will come right on time don’t get flustered because life isn’t moving how you want...breathe..it will come. Four, KEEP IT MOVING! Once you have cleared you head.. you have taken a moment and allowed your mind to breathe...keep up and grind! Clear your mind and keep it moving! People need to meet you, they need to experience your vision. Don’t allow one moment to detour you from the path you have started.

As an entrepreneur I have learned that like artists when they are creating they must take time to clean their studios, my mind is my studio and it is imperative that I keep my studio clean.

Take a moment and clear your mind!!

Love ya!

Good Morning

Each day has been so exciting. So fresh and so new! I have awakened to the me that I have longed to meet! Imagine waking up and exploring who you are. Leaving your picture perfect dreamland to live your dreams. I am grateful for the freedom that I have to explore me. To live life according to each whim filled thought that I have. My life is art come to life! My words flow like a ballet dancer, my ideas paint the canvas of my mind like a modern day Basquiat. Many dont understand the flow of my thoughts, or why I do what I do which is all apart of the magic that I am. Once I embraced my uniqueness rather that attempt to fight it and encompass it with similarities is when I began to live.
Waking up must be my most favorite part of the day because it is then when I realize that I will experience God today, where possibilities grab my hand as we sing and dance like children on a summer day. Love is me, Love is you and together we are joy, peace and love as seen in the eyes of our Creator. I love to hear my laugh for it is a present reminder of the joy that seeps from my pores. It reminds me that God in his greatness sits within me and smiles at what make me tick. Im moments of quietness, I look into my eyes and I see days not yet come. I see my even more mature self, I see my gray haired self dusted with experience, love, compassion, and much wisdom. I see my eyes and I see my baby girls, my sons and I touch a glimpse of love not yet charted. I LOVE ME! I am grateful, I am expectant, I am cheerful and I am love.
I embrace today for today creates my memories, that I will sup on for years to come! Love Ya, Sasha
